Emeril’s Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
¼ c. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
¾ c. olive oil


Directions
Combine ingredients and blend to emulsify. Change the vinegar to oil ratio as desired to reduce fat and viscosity.
